Spalling Concrete
Wear and tear or poor workmanship can manifest as/ lead to cracks on both walls and ceilings. While the initial crack may seem small and insignificant, they eventually lead to bigger, more inconvenient issues that cannot be ignored.
Source Waterproofing goes above and beyond solving this problem. We observe good house keepingpractices by protecting the work area before hacking off the affected spalling concrete areas. Once we see the metal reinforcement bars,we will apply the Anti-Rust Primer Coat. This serves as corrosion protection and is chemical and weather resistant.
Once coated, the rebar will tighten. We will further tighten the rebar by attaching steel wires if necessary. Once ready we will proceed to use powerful polymer modified cement to patch the affected areas. We will use a concrete towel for a smooth surface and repaint the area until it looks as good as new! This serves as corrosion protection and is chemical and weather resistant.

Epoxy Injections
Buildings will inevitably develop cracks over the years as a result of wear and tear. If neglected, these cracks can get bigger causing permanent damage that threatens the safety of the building and the people in it. Epoxy Injections are an ideal long-term solution to fix these cracks and hollowness in the concrete.
Source Waterproofing has the expertise and know how to fix the root cause of the problem i.e. leakage or silt contamination to ensure the efficacy of the epoxy. This will effectively prevent the concrete from cracking again and becoming a recurring problem that causes inconvenience and considerable cost.

Pressure Grouting
Pressure Grouting is one of the most effective ways of sealing cracks and solving leakage problems. It involves injecting specially formulated, cement-based grout under pressure to improve the strength and stability of the concrete structure.
Source Waterproofing provides detail inspection to discover the deteriorated concrete areas and hack it out. We also prime the affect areas of the exposed reinforcement bars with two coats of Anti-Rust to ensure extra strength and durability. Our cement-based grout mixture is both high strength and non-shrink for added efficacy when applied to the inlet injection pipe under pressure.
